Alissa’s professional journey is impressive and diverse. She has worked in property appraisal and played a pivotal role in sales and marketing at the renowned architecture firm, Kipp Flores Architects. This experience equipped her with a keen understanding of market research and feasibility analyses for residential projects.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Urban Studies, Alissa also holds certifications in Architecture and Business. This multidisciplinary foundation allows her to approach real estate challenges from multiple angles, ensuring comprehensive and well-rounded solutions for our clients.
Beyond her professional achievements, Alissa is a published author and passionate remodeler. Her commitment to sustainable practices, including recycling, reflects her conscientious approach to real estate development—an ethos that resonates strongly with our firm’s values.
